2022 BASKETBALL TRYOUT REGISTRATION

Please be aware that the Maximum Effort Institute basketball tryouts for the 2022 travel basketball season, has a $20 per participant cost (PayPal link/button will be displayed at the end of the registration process). The tryouts will take place at the following times and dates based on the player’s current grade. Please review the tryout schedule below:

5th, 6th, & 7th Grade Boys Travel Team Tryouts
Friday, March 25th from 8:00pm – 9:00pm

8th, 9th, & 10th Grade Boys Travel Team Tryouts
Friday, March 25th from 9:00pm to 10:00pm

All basketball tryouts will take place at K Sports Complex: 10050 Pennsylvania Ave, Manassas, VA 20110

By checking this box, I give my full consent for my child to participate in the Maximum Effort Institute basketball tryout. I acknowledge that I am the parent/guardian for the student athlete that is registering, and I understand that accidents/injuries do occasionally happen during a basketball tryout. With that being said, I hold harmless Maximum Effort Institute, and its coaches, from liability regarding any injury/death of my child due to my child’s participation in these basketball tryouts. Though Maximum Effort Institute uses the game of basketball to develop players’ athletic ability, confidence, self-discipline, respect for authority, social skills, and team camaraderie, the Maximum Effort Institute organization and its coaches will by no means intentionally jeopardize the health of any of the participating players for this purpose. As a parent/guardian, it is my job to let the coaches of Maximum Effort Institute know any physical limitations/medical issues that my child may have, regarding physical activity. I agree to provide written communication to Maximum Effort Institute and its coaches, regarding any physical limitations/medical issues my child may have.
